
The flavour of these crisps is characterised by the excellent, slightly tart flavour of the award-winning cyder vinegar produced by a small family-owned company in Suffolk – and of course by the traditional John & John style cooking. We leave the jackets on very tasty old English potato varieties, slice them thickly and cook them carefully in pure sunflower oil. Taste them!
